Standard Ingredients: Virgin Coconut Oil, Organic Cane Sugar, Pink Himalayan Salt, Epsom Salt, Skin Safe Scents and Essential Oils, Minerals for Color

Instructions for use:
Step 1: Rinse your skin with warm water.
Step 2: Put a small amount of body scrub in your hand or washcloth, etc.
Step 3: Gently rub on your skin in small circular motions for aprox. 30 seconds.
Step 5: Rinse liberally with water.
Step 6: Gently dry with a towel.
